Most clients enjoy three to six weeks of smoothness depending on individual hair cycles and growth rate. With consistent waxing, hair often becomes finer and sparser, extending the time between appointments. Hormones and medications can affect regrowth timing.

Some stinging or brief discomfort is common, especially during initial sessions, but many find it tolerable. We minimize discomfort with proper technique, warmed wax, and skin tension. Taking over-the-counter pain relief beforehand, if appropriate, can help.

Come with clean, dry underarms and hair about 1/8 to 1/4 inch long for best results. Avoid heavy creams, deodorants, or recent tanning. Gentle exfoliation 24–48 hours before can help, but don’t exfoliate immediately before your visit.

Active rashes, sunburn, open wounds, recent chemical peels, or severe skin sensitivities may prevent waxing. Certain medications that thin or sensitize skin can also be contraindications. Always inform your technician about skin conditions and medications.

Schedule sessions every three to six weeks based on your personal regrowth and comfort level. Regular waxing typically leads to finer hair and longer gaps between visits. Our technicians can recommend a personalized schedule after assessing growth patterns.

Wait at least 12–24 hours before applying deodorant to freshly waxed underarms to reduce irritation and clogged pores. After that, choose gentle, alcohol-free products and avoid heavy fragrances or harsh antiperspirants immediately following waxing.
