Before finding Nail Gallery, I went to the same salon for 4 years. I thought no salon would ever make me want to leave my old place, but I was greatly mistaken! After finding Nail Gallery, I never want to go anywhere else for my nails or toes.

The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Each time I have been, whether its for acrylics, a pedicure, or both, I have been warmly welcomed into the salon and treated with so much kindness. When doing my nails, they always show such close attention to detail in a way I have never seen at another salon. They ask if you are comfortable, if you like the shape/color, and consistently show a genuine care for their customers.

I just left with the cutest set of nails I have ever gotten and the biggest smile on my face. I chatted with all the ladies during the mani/pedi process, and at the end they were all excited to see the finished product and came over to watch. It was such a positive and loving atmosphere, and I have no doubt that I will be returning in two weeks when I need a new fill.

My mom and I often come here for mani/pedis and always leave with our nails healthy and shiny. They have a wonderful selection of colors and the most relaxing atmosphere. My friend and I booked appointments together before attending another wedding this weekend, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Nail Gallery in Blue Back Square, West Hartford! We both got matching matte pink ombré Gel-X sets, and they came out absolutely stunning. We received compliments all night at the wedding, and our nails looked perfect in every photo.

Found my new go-to nail salon!

I am new to the area and decided to take a chance on this place, and I am so happy I did. My wedding anniversary is coming up I needed my nails done quickly. It is easily the best decision I’ve made since moving here. The environment was incredibly welcoming, and the staff was friendly from the moment I walked in.

The color I received was identical to the swatch I chose—absolute perfection. My nail tech was incredibly knowledgeable; she even explained how using a specific base coat would make the color pop and prevent it from looking sheer, which I really appreciated.

It was such a relaxing experience, and the technician was efficient without making me feel rushed. The quality is top-tier—definitely not the "clear polish" look you get at cheaper places. It was $55 and honestly worth every penny for this level of expertise. I’ve heard people mention old staff members, but the current team is clearly talented and holding the standard high. I’ll definitely be back!

I walked in and they were busy, but they were able to take me right away never before has someone been so gentle in removing the prior gel on my nails, I am so thankful That I was able to keep as much of my natural nail as possible through the Gel removal process because some shops just scrape your whole nail off. I don’t usually review nail salons because they tend to offer services of similar quality but I’m making an exception for this place. It’s hands down the best pedicure I’ve gotten in the greater Hartford area.

The cleanliness and amazing music/ cute setup aside, what really drew my attention was the level of care with which my pedicure was performed. He paid thorough attention to my heel along with my cuticles and all the products used were incredibly moisturizing and smelled heavenly.

I went back this time got a gel pedi and regular mani. Manicure was just as spectacular as I'd have guessed. They did a dry manicure which I love and I noticed is really hard to find. My nails look fantastic and my cuticles are perfect.

I got the spa gel pedi this time and I really love the way it turned out. The spa pedicure was really worth it. The massage and little extras made it really luxurious.

I'm so happy I found a place that does dry manicures and amazing pedicures because my feet never looked this good.

Where to start. AMAZING pedicure. I get mani/pedis a lot. When I say a lot, I mean A LOT. Think multiple times a month. This was the best pedicure I have ever had. Ever.

I will be coming back, bringing friends, and never going anywhere else. My nail polish was applied perfectly. My nails never looked better. No dry skin left. No dead cuticles left. Great nail salon! My usual place closed down temporarily to move and I think I’m making a permanent switch now!

It’s a really nice spot with plenty of parking, the staff is friendly and always willing make color recommendations. I asked for a design that the nail tech hadn’t done before but she wanted to try and she did such an awesome job! You can tell they are a creative and talented group there. The staff helps each other out and cheers each other on.

UPDATE: The salon reached out to me within hours of my first review to apologize and they coordinated another pedicure for me a few days later, which was fantastic. Many extra points for the apology and the wonderful follow-up session. OLD REVIEW: I had one great walk-in a few weeks ago, but today I called ahead and made an appointment and when I arrived on the dot no one acknowledged me and I had to interrupt someone's manicure to say I had arrived, then I waited for 20 minutes with no more acknowledgement and had to leave. 5-10 minutes buffer time, sure, maybe even 15-20 for a walk-in, but 20 minutes with an appointment and zero customer service, no. Also, nail polish selection was limited. Not coming back....more

I went to this salon because I had a terrible experience at another Salon I had previously went too. I'd say it's safe to say I found the BEST nail salon ever. Not only is the place super clean and modernly elegant but everyone is entirely polite and patient. Jay did my nails and I was beyond impressed with his work, skills, and attention to detail. I district manage several businesses in Connecticut and customer service is everything. When you provide a service as excellent as these guys along with customer service you just can't beat it. I have been to my fair share of nail salons, and typically never review them however, this soon has earned all 5 stars for my pedicure. I came in for just a pedicure and polish and got far more than I expected. The decor is simple and clean with mesh netting between each pedicure station for a feel of personal attention. My best friend and I made appointments the day before for midday. When we came in the work stations were very clean and clutter free. We were promptly greeted and seated for our pedicures. Each pedicure comes with soak of either green tea or lavender which are added to the water and also applied as a lotion. During the pedicure, the gentleman servicing me was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He started my pedicures and answered all of my questions along the way. For $35 I received a full spa experience with hot stones, hot towels, a full massage and paraffin wax for added softness. It was by far the most relaxing experience. I know $35 is a little pricey for your average pedicure but this is well worth the money. Please come and support this business. They are truly great!...more

Love Love my Shellac manicure with design. My cuticles were cut nicely(very gentle),perfect shape with awesome design made my nails look like they belong in the magazine. Super clean and very friendly staffs. My nails last for weeks. Good job guys!...more
